What is the minimum wholesale order?
Standard stock orders start at 10 fans. Custom embroidery orders require 100 pieces minimum. Private labeling requires 200 pieces. We can accommodate most order sizes.
How long does production take?
Stock designs: 7-10 days production. Custom orders: 15-20 days for sampling plus production. Rush orders available for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take to the US?
Air freight (DHL/FedEx): 5-7 business days door-to-door. Sea freight (LCL): 25-35 days to US West Coast ports. Express air: 3-5 days.
Can I see samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer sample sets of 5 fans ($60, refundable with first order). Professional designers can request up to 5 design samples for project presentations.
Are the fans actually hand-embroidered?
Yes. Every EastFanArt fan is hand-embroidered by master artisans in Suzhou, China. No machine embroidery. Each fan takes 3-5 days to complete by a single artisan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), PayPal (for smaller orders), and L/C for large orders. 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.
Can I get custom embroidery or private labeling?
Yes. Custom embroidery (logo or design on silk): min 100 pieces. Private label (brand name on handle and packaging): min 200 pieces. Custom packaging: min 300 pieces.
What is the wholesale vs retail price difference?
Wholesale prices range from $6-12 per fan depending on quantity and customization. Typical retail price is $25-50. Most retailers achieve 200%+ markup.
Do the fans come with packaging?
Yes. Each fan comes in a branded silk pouch with a cultural narrative card. Gift-ready packaging included in the wholesale price. Custom packaging options available.
